LOW FAT BANANA BREAD


1/4 cup low fat margarine
4 tbsp. splenda sweetener
2 tbsp. honey
2 egg whites
1/4 cup water
3 very ripe bananas, mashed
1 1/2 cups of whole wheat flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. skim milk
chopped walnuts, to taste (optional)
chocolate chips, to taste (optional)

Preheat oven to 350. Cream together splenda, honey and margarine, add egg whites and water, mix in bananas. In separate bowl sift together flour, salt, baking soda and baking powder. Mix dry with wet. Add milk and blend well. Add nuts and chocolate chips to taste. Spray loaf pan with cooking spray, pour in mixture and bake for 60 minutes until toothepick inserted into center comes out dry.
