CHICKEN SALAD


Boneless, skinless chicken breast
mayo ( I use low fat)
celery, chopped fine
pecans, to taste
salt and pepper, to taste

Poach chicken. In mixing bowl, shred chicken. Add mayo, celery, pecans, salt and pepper. Mix well. Serve on bread
