RED POTATO SALAD


Red baby potatoes
purple onion
fat free plain yogurt
fresh dill, chopped
salt and pepper, to taste

Boil potatoes until fork tender. Cut into small bite size pieces. Add enough yogurt to coat potatoes. Add onion, dill, and salt and pepper to taste.
