2 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup pecans, chopped
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
2 tbsn. oil ( I use canola )
1 pinch salt
I add ground flax seed.
I add dried cherries. But any dried fruit would be good.
Mix everything in large bowl.
Spread mixture onto a baking sheet.
Bake in a preheated 300 degree oven for 1 hour stirring every 15 minutes.
I, usually, double the recipe.
