LEMON CHICKEN


1 chicken - cut up
1 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup olive oil
crushed red pepper flakes - to taste
salt and pepper - to taste

Mix lemon juice, olive oil, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper together. You will want to make a fresh batch for basting the chicken while it is cooking.

Pour marinade over chicken and cover. Place in fridge overnight.

Cook in 350 degree oven for about and hour or grill on barbeque. Baste every 10 minutes with freshly made marinade.
