VEGGIE STIRFRY


1 box spaghetti
veggies of choice - I used broccoli, shredded carrots, red and green bell pepper, onion, sliced mushrooms - cut into bite size pieces
1 can water chestnuts
soy sauce - to taste
spicy stir fry sauce - to taste
2 tbsp. oil

Boil spaghetti, drain and set aside.
In separate pan heat 2 tbsp. oil.
Stir fry veggies until tender.
Add soy sauce and stir fry sauce.
Add spaghetti to the veggies and mix together.
