WHOLE WHEAT FLATBREAD


1 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 cup water
2 tbsp. olive oil
pinch of salt
sprinkle of garlic

Combine dry ingredients in a medium bowl.
Mix wet ingredients together and gradually add dry ingredients.
Knead and divide dough into six even pieces.
Flour surface and rolling pin and roll out dough flat.
Heat a pan until very hot and place dough in the pan.
Flip over when bubbles form.
Repeat with rest of dough.
