PUMPKIN BREAD


1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1 tsp ground cloves
2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
2 1/4 cups splenda
1 cup butter almost melted
3 large eggs
1 16 oz. can pure pumpkin
1/2 chopped nuts (optional)
chocolate chips (optional)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray two medium loaf pans with cooking spray.

In a medium bowl, mix the flour, spices, salt, baking soda, and baking powder together. Add sugar. Take the butter and melt in microwave for about 30 seconds. Add to mixture. Add the eggs. Mix all this together. Add pumpkin and mix well. Add nuts and chocolate chips. Mix well. Pour mixture in loaf pans and bake about 60 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
