Food always puts a smile on my face. It is something that comforts me, it fills that space of boredom, it is there with me at celebrations and it creates moments to share with family and friends. You must have food to live.

MEATLOAF
1 lb. ground beef
1 egg
1 box stuffing mix
1 cup water
1/2 cup diced peppers and onions
Mix all together and put in baking dish. Cook at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
