PICO DE GALLO


2 medium tomatoes
1 cup onion
6 garlic cloves
juice of 1 lime
2 tbsp. cilantro
dash salt
1/2 cup hot pepper

Ingredients must be fresh. Chop onions, garlic, pepper and tomatoes. Combine in bowl that is refrigerator safe. Add fresh cilantro, salt and lime to taste. Chill over night.
