COUS COUS SALAD


1 box Parmesan or garlic flavored cous cous, cooked according to pkg.
1 can chick peas, drained
1 tomato, chopped fine
1 cucumber, chopped fine
1 vidalia onion, chopped fine
1/2 cup crumbled feta
1/2 cup olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Mix everything together in bowl.
