MAYONNAISE/MUSTARD POTATO SALAD


Potatoes (1 per person)
eggs (1 per person)
celery, diced
onion, diced
green olives with pimento, chopped
dill relish
mayonnaise, miracle whip salad dressing and mustard (mustard is optional)
salt and pepper
paprika

Quantities are to taste.

Boil potatoes with skin on until fork tender. Boil eggs. Peel potatoes and chop into bite size chunks. Cut eggs into pieces. Put everything except paprika in bowl and mix together. Sprinkle paprika on top for garnish.
