CHICKEN NOODLE SOUP


1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast
1/5 c. diced onion
1 c. diced celery
1 c. diced carrots
2-3 cans chicken broth
6 oz. no yolk egg noodles
4 cups water
salt and pepper to taste

Boil chicken in the water with the salt, pepper, onion, celery and carrot. when chicken is cooked, remove and cut into small pieces. Add the noodles, broth and chicken to the pot and cook until noodles and veggies are tender.

Makes 6-8 servings.
