PUMPKIN COBBLER


1 box yellow cake mix
3/4 cup butter
1 15 oz. can pumpkin puree
2/3 cup evaporated milk
3 eggs
1 cup sugar
pumpkin pie spice, to taste
cinnamon, to taste

Empty all but 1 cup of dry cake mix in bowl. Add 1/2 cup butter and 1 egg. Blend together. Spread into a 9x13x2 pan. Press to cover bottom.
Blend 1 can of pumpkin puree, 2/3 cup evaporated milk, pumpkin pie spice and cinnamon, and 2 eggs. Mix thoroughly and pour over pressed cake mix in pan.
Using the remaining 1 cup dry cake mix, add 1 cup sugar, 1 tsp. cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice to taste and 1/4 cup butter. Mix well. Mixture will be crumbly. Pat over pumpkin mixture in pan.

Bake at 325 degrees for 50 minutes. Cool. Serve with whipped topping.
