ROAST WITH VEGGIES


chuck roast
asst. veggies such as carrots, potatoes, celery, onion (chopped in big chunks)
seasoning of choice
roasting bag
about 2 tbsn. of flour
about 1/2 c. water.

Place flour in bottom of bag. Place seasoned roast on top of that in bag. Surround with veggies. Cut slits in bag for venting. Cook in preheated 350 degree oven for about 2 hours. Depending on size of roast.
