IMITATION CRAB SALAD


imitation crab, chopped
mayo ( I use reduced fat )
fresh dill, chopped
purple onion, chopped
dry ranch seasoning
splash of lemon juice

Amounts are to taste.

Mix everything together in mixing bowl. Chill. Serve on croissant, bread of any kind, crackers.
