Elbow macaroni (cooked according to package)
red bell pepper ( chopped fine)
green bell pepper (chopped fine)
celery ( chopped fine)
green onion (chopped fine)
reduced fat mayo ( to taste)
salt and pepper ( to taste )
paprika ( to taste )
splash of lemon juice

You can add hard boiled egg if you like.

Mix all ingredients and chill before serving.
