CABBAGE


1 head of cabbage
2-3 potatoes - peeled and cut into bite size chunks
butter - to taste
salt and pepper - to taste

Cut cabbage into bite size chunks. Cover with water. Add potatoes. Add butter and salt and pepper. Boil until fork tender. Serve with cornbread.

*Can add sausage or ham if you want to make a complete meal out of it.
