MISSISSIPPI POT ROAST
2 -3 pound roast
1 stick butter
1 pkg. dry ranch seasoning mix
1 pkg. dry au jus gravy mix
6 whole pepperocini peppers
Place roast in crock pot. Sprinkle ranch and gravy over pkt. over roast. Place stick of butter on top. Put peppers on top. Cover and cook on high about 6 hours.
